This whole estate don't have Nbn connection, so basically if you have property here you have to pay high or double prices for Internet provided by Them. Opticom is the one that provide Internet here, so companies like Telstra, iinet or optus have to pay opticom to run service here, customer charged twice!! Rip off!! And most telecom companies like Vodafone or optus don't have proper phone reception too.

I bought a lot in Stage 3. Firstly they delayed the settlement for more than year. They ask us to fill the referral from to get $500 each. Still waiting , it's more than 2 years. Now they start replying to emails. Don't believe what they say to you because once you sign the contract. There attitude totally changed. Bunch of liars sitting in Orchard sales office. Please don't buy from RPM real estate and DAHUA....!
I referred my brother to buy a lot in orchard . They gave us form to fill for referral and we both are supposed to get $500 after land settlement. Total $1000. Lot was in stage 6. It’s been more than 2 years but haven’t received anything. When we go to the office to ask , they say you will get it soon. If someone delay settlement by 1 week , you guys start charging in thousands. Seriously, such a disappointment.
