Orchard Supply Hardware is a unique store in many ways. Its a place you can shop and find things you can find in the big box stores, its a place you can find employees who genuinely care and help you find what you need, and its a place where employees work as a team.
The management of this place is horrible, they let a bird starve for 3 days in their store before even considering calling corporate or animal control. They would not let good samaritans intervene and when asked why they would let it die they said "its just a dove."
Bob helped me and he was super rude. I usually don't post complaints and I love this store. But he was down right rude.
My go to store. They always seem to have the odd ball things I find I need.
Very friendly people. They are always willing to help. I've been to Lowe's and their customer service is horrible.
