It's ok but you can get a mortgage and hire a grounds keeper for $1350 for 2 beds. I have other issues but this is the worst. They also lied about how often they raise the rent and the increments. RUN!

I have lived here since 2010, and I don't know what these two people are talking about. Management and maintenance are so nice!!! I even won a $100 gift card at their summer block party! You sometimes can hear neighbors, but thats in any apartment you rent. Go to apartment ratings and you will see how many people really love living at Orchard Ridge. I know management changed in 2010 so maybe these people experienced a different staff??? not sure??? My neighbors and I feel like we live at a resort in Pottstown!!lol

I have also had issues with this apartment complex. The exterior of the buildings are very nice and high-end looking, but the interior is basic and small, especially for the money. Aside from one couple, my neighbors are loud (and the walls are paper-thin) and there are never any parking spaces near my building. Some of the staff members are very polite, but others are very rude and "superior". I have lived here for 12 months and I will NOT be renewing my lease. They will say anything to get you in an apartment at Orchard Ridge, but once you sign the lease and they have your money the rules change. Things that weren't "a big deal" suddenly are. My husband and I were asked to leave, unless within 24 hours we got rid of our dog, whose breed had been disclosed, and who had lived with us at the apartment for 5 months without event or complaint.
