If I could’ve given more stars, I would’ve! Patrice was extremely helpful, from the beginning of the process all the way until the very end. I thought I had left this last year but it seems it didn’t go through! I highly recommend Orchard reality. Patrice was amazing and helped me every step of the way. If I ever need to move again I will be contacting orchard reality for sure!
I had an apartment for rent through Orchard. Supposedly, the tenant was qualified, but when it came time to "meet" the tenant, supposedly he had to work or had class. I got flim-flammed by Orchard and they gave the tenant the key before i had the opportunity to meet them. It was only supposed to be 1 tenant and 1 small dog. Turns out it was the Tenant, his girlfriend, his girlfriend's sister and the Tenant's cousin.
