Our Yorkie, Scout, needed an emergency visit on Sunday, 11/8. He has always had a constipation issue. When he was examined, it was determined that the pain he was feeling was to a sore behind because of him straining to go to the bathroom. He was sent home with pain medicine. He had no fever, vitals were good. Unfortunately, Scout passed away during the night at home. Our cat was not responding very well from to meds that we were getting from our primary vet. She recommended two vets, we chose OP because it was closer and they had a icu and figured that being in OP would give great care, I was wrong. After they took our cat in the building they contacted us to let us know what they would be doing and they would call us to let us know if we could leave then come back, they never called so we just sat there for 5 hours. When we called all they said was "whoops". When they came up with t... read more

On Valentine's day my 9 yr old German Shepherd, Zuri, was brought in for emergency surgery for a mass on her spleen. We all believed there was at least some kind of cancer because of its size, bleeding, etc. We got a call from Dr. Flesher, the surgeon, today letting us know Zuri is actually cancer free. Removal of the mass and spleen cured her. Thank you to Dr. Flesher for her surgical expertise and her caring ways with us. Thank you Erin Becker for always keeping us informed. Thanks to Anne, the tech who helped dischar... read more

I don't have a problem so much with the Hospital overall as I do with one particular 'doctor' that is employed at this facility. My cat began to lose weight and became very lethargic, so we brought him in on Oct. 2nd. We had extensive blood work drawn up at the suggestion of 'doctor' Amioka. She called us at home later that afternoon and read us (on speaker phone) the results of his blood work. One by one, down the list she read off the results, noting that some levels were elevated, but "nothing of concern". Just "sl... read more
