We did the flag football through here and it was a complete waste of time and money. The ppl running it let the 6-8 year olds run the practices which was literally 2 kids that were friends play qb and throw it to each other the whole time . When it was brought to their attention nothing was done. Find a different place for flag football. My son left there looking defeated because the young adult running it had no idea how to run it clearly.
Green lake area is awesome. The Orchard Park parks and rec crew do a really good job maintaining and improving this area. I also had a complaint about an area/waste disposal issue that was addressed way quicker than I would've expected from a community parks dept. Kudos to them.
My Siberian Husky rescue named Juneau Elizabeth loved the OP Recreation Area's terrain, and we will back when it snows!!
