Orchard Park Clinic is the best!! The staff are eager to help the patient. The appointment times are spot on. Recently my PCP moved out of town. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Cardenas at Orchard Park Clinic. She is going to be my new PCP and welcomed me as a new patient of hers. I was never left in the dark without a care provider. Looking forward to my annual that is scheduled in May, 2025. Happy Patient! John S.
very good customer service
Constant issues with this place, and I can’t even get fully treated here, I have to find a different provider for a basic, common problem. The first nurse prac I saw here was horrible, argued with me about treatments I 1. didn’t need and 2. didn’t want, was condescending, and straight up told me she didn’t know anything about endocrine issues before she then tried to prescribe (incorrectly) and treat them. Thankfully she is gone, but the frustration with the office remain the same. The scheduler is also the worst, I’ve waite... read more
Dr Weiss is awesome. If you want actual medical care, info, etc. this is definitely the place.
The entire staff at the UMC Orchard Park clinic were incredible. They were highly flexible in accommodating myself and my wife with an appointment at the same time. We appreciated their willingness to see and hear from both of us and our individual conditions and needs. We left feeling grateful that we have this wonderful facility with a professional staff so close and convenient to our home.
