I would like to write a commendation for Courtney, the nurse at Orchard Park Clinic. On Friday, August 15th, I called the clinic in the morning to talk to Courtney about my lab results and what Dr. Cardenas had said about them. They told me Courtney would call me when she found the time. She found the time ar 5:30 that evening. I was quite impressed that she was still at work when most other workers were probably gone home. Orchard Park Clinic is the best!! The staff are eager to help the patient. The appointment times are spot on. Recently my PCP moved out of town. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Cardenas at Orchard Park Clinic. She is going to be my new PCP and welcomed me as a new patient of hers. I was never left in the dark without a care provider. Looking forward to my annual that is scheduled in May, 2025. Happy Patient! John S.
