I’ve been coming to Orchard Patk Dental for several years now, I love the atmosphere which is friendly and always welcoming. Jacqueline is my dental hygienist who is fabulous each and every time I see her quarterly! I am probably one of the few clients who love going to the dentist, but I love how wonderful my teeth feel when I’m done Visit OP Dental, you will be looked after!
I have been going to Orchard Park dental since my dentist retired and the staff and doctors are always so very friendly, helpful and the service they provide is top notch. Technology has evolved so much and Orchard Park dental has the very best around.
If you’re looking for a new dental location this place is terrible. The customer service is terrible and they do not monitor your benefits. Instead, they tell you it’s your responsibility to make sure the services they are suggesting are covered. This includes everything from simple cleanings and fillings to root canals . Every dental place I’ve ever gone to will confirm the service is covered before performing the work. Not this place, they will stick you with an invoice should something not be covered.
