Orchard Park at Southfork is a really nice facility. The staff appears to be nice and extremely helpful. However so are used car salesmen until you drive off the lot. My review rating has to do with 1st: The lack of follow up. For the past 30 days, seriously 30days, I’ve been trying to speak with someone regarding my elderly’s account. As of today and a brand new year, I have yet to hear back from anyone. Not to mention I get an invoice in the mail with an increased room rate. Orchard Park is like a home away from home. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They take very good care of the residents.
Good staff at this facility.
Worst place ever when it comes to employee treatment. They treat there employees terrible yelling at them for getting overtime. Making them use there personal phones on the clock because they apparently cant afford to use walkie talkie or get work phones. Making it impossible to have a day off when management doesnt answer nor cares cause they can take off whenever they feel it. This place is not backed by the better businesses bureau and now understand why.
