Terrible treatment of elders. Inappropriate conduct of staff. such a shame.
Staff vape and smoke in building with no repercussions and many come in openly intoxicated. Residents are constantly left unattended when they need help, do to lack of staff caring about them and shortage of staff. In many departments and ways they are not following state regulations. Residents often feel uncared for and neglected. Management does not care about the wellbeing of residents, and residents have said they feel that way. This has a real family feel. Comfortable, clean Fun place to be a part of great staff livable residents
Was an hard place to work for because the cna's try to run every thing. If you don't fit in your out. The cna's will throw you under the bus. But the rest of the staff are cool. Nurse Lisa rocks big time. Mt Terri and Tim. Plus cna merie are amazing. This place has a high turn over rate but try to get on eve or noc. They are trying to get it right.
