On move in day, it was crazy. It was the same day Orchard on the Green staff was transitioned We had no keys and no contact on move in day. Leah jumped into action assuring we would get the keys asap and made sure we were taken care of. She went out of the way to make things right. RENTERS BEWARE AND DON'T RENT HERE I'm not sure what's going on here at this complex as I just found out last week their long time leasing manager Arlene is no longer there and was let go by the property manager Brian Reeder for reasons the ship is sinking and who you could never get a hold of he's always on vacation probably why former employees was let go because units are vacant so no income coming in. I just moved in and have two baby's one is 2 years old and the other 4 months. When we moved in there was a few little things wrong but over all the maintenance and management are wonderful and fast responding. I sent a request in for my front door handle and that same morning maintenance shows up fixes it. I am really glad we are living in a nice place finally with good neighbors and workers
I have lived here now for 6 months, and I am very happy here. We couldn't find anything when we got here to WA as far as apartments and Arlene got the apartment move in ready within days. Prior to moving they painted all the walls and fixed all issues we asked them to fix during the walk through with a day or two. Joe the housekeeper is so friendly and Arlene is very personable and honest.
