I went in for a pedicure and I noticed they were busy so I didn’t mind waiting, however, another lady came in behind me about 10-15 minutes later, only difference was that she was white. They then placed us at the pedicure seats and set us up, however they made it obvious to work on her first. I understand if she had an appointment or came in before me, but the fact that I had to wait almost an hour with cold pedicure water was what made me mad. Made appts & they even called to get us in early. They were very nice, but my pedicure has already messed up on one toe & it’s not even been an hour bc they used regular polish without giving me an option! I wish they would’ve asked me about getting gel on my toes!! Now, after paying $45 I’m gonna have to repaint my toes!! The guy did a great job on my dip nails, although it does not match the color on my toes like requested! Awesome job on my mom’s dip pink & white nails! She’s very 😊 happy!

Think they may be a little racist. I walked in around 12:50, no one was waiting and only three people were being serviced. The lady up front immediately told me 45 minute wait until she could service me for a pedi. I walked right out because the energy felt racist and impartial. Would not recommend this place.
