Bought a car from them in July, Engine light came on they had the car twice trying to fix and after a week waiting for my car back on the 2nd time they tell me the problem is with the Cat and its not covered by warranty, its not October i am stuck with this car. the has also failed to respond since
The worst garage I’ve ever dealt with. Picked up an S3 with over 15 faults (including a soldered spark plug non factory tracking device wired to battery) and the car had been smoked in despite being advertised as smoke free. took months of arguing with them via finance company and trading standards to get my money back.
Bought a bmw x1 from these guys back in August and wanted to leave a review ages ago, but never gotten around to do it. First of all, be careful buying a car from this dealership. Car had lots of wear and tear which I was not made aware of at first. I was made to come to some garage, greeted by a completely different person. Car battery was completely dead so sat there for 2hrs waiting for it to be changed. I’d really be careful dealing with these people. Unfortunately they’ve stolen my deposit. I’ve tried to reason with them but they are being very shady and now avoiding my calls.
Found a lovely car online, lots of communication about the car and potential part exchange so much so we were sent links to pre-empt any finance arrangement. The car had some interior damage however we were very quickly offered an agreeable solution to have the upholstery repaired with no quibble, our car was accepted at a fair price to both parties and we were able to drive away a lovely car on the same day. Communication continues whilst we sort out documentation on the part ex and we would like thank Orchard Motor Group.
