I received my first shingles vaccination with no problem. They gave me an appointment for my second vaccination. When I arrived I was called in by a red headed woman. We were 2 steps into the hallway,she asked how I was able to get my 1st vaccine when I wasn't covered for it and did you receive a bill for it? I replied," no...I am covered for it."I have been coming here for 28 years and have never had a problem getting vaccinations. My insurance covers them 100%.
