They publicly claim to take walk-ins however upon calling shortly after open, they are “at capacity” for walk-ins all the way until closing right from opening.

You have to show up a few minutes early to get seen quickly but the service has always been fast and professional for me.

Booked a walk in apt at 9:07am. They said it would be about an hour and a half. It’s now 3 hours later and I’m still waiting (albeit in a room now - but I’ve also been in this room for 20+ minutes waiting). The washroom was anything but clean and I understand why I haven’t been back here for years. Came here as the walk-in I would normally go to is full. Staff is kind, but an estimation of 1.5 hours when I’ve been sitting here double that is insane.

Have had nothing but great experiences here (considering you don’t go to a dr’s office when you are feeling well). Front staff are respectful and Dr Lange actually listens rather than assumes. He doesn’t talk down to you but also is willing to speak to you in clear terms rather than “doctor speak”. I love that I can get either phone appointments or in person so I don’t have to waste as much time and resources for a simple prescription refill unless a full follow up is required.
