Wow I have been going to Orchard Medical for 25 years. Have Docter Assistant Holroyd. Great Docter has always taken great care of me. Just had very rude experience with Ashley the Administrator over there. I went in for a wellness visit, 100% free of charge. Dr. Ted Holroyd did his exam. Asked me how Im doing. Showed him a burn on my leg and told him my elbow hurt with authorities. Ashley billed my insurance for an office visit and charged me my co-pay. She did not return any of my messages I left. Was a patient for over 30 yrs. They dropped me because if an incident that I was not even involved in. Was very disappointed in that decision. I was told they were advised to drop me.
Horrible visit, they are not billi g my insurance claiming I owe 454.00 for my wellness exam that's covered 100%. Numerous phone calls, email faxes texts and 5 months later I can't get it resolved. Serious, they charge you 35.00 to ask you if your depressed and another 35.00 if you drink alcohol. Run...horrible office and employees. This us not a health care it is a money generating business that cares nothing about you
