This is based on my personal interactions and opinions. My aunt went into care with Orchard Manor last year and spent the next 6 months with them. During this time, the business administration team had a hefty focus on getting her Medicaid to ensure that they would get paid and paid well. The organization did not seem to have that same focus on my aunt's care or health. I am sharing my experience as a former employee at Orchard Manor. While the front-line staff are dedicated, the leadership under Roger and Kendra, along with their “sidekicks” Shy and Bridgette, have fostered a toxic and unsafe environment. * Management Misconduct: There is a culture of retaliation.
