Worst Place to live – This place is close to everything. The max line, wal-mart and all the crime that comes with it. I've had a man brought down at gun point on my front lawn. I've had the police chasing a man in a car through my part of the park. My neighbors has their door kicked in at Christmas and their gifts stolen. Clean place to Live – This is an older park but is close to everthing. The managers have really cleaned up the place. They are very nice and are helpful.The place looks better than it ever has. Its shameful that people who dont live here have to complain about it and say things that arent true about our managers. Apparently they dont have anything better to do!!

The park is clean and looks great. But the rules dont apply to all. The assistant managers have no regard for the leash rule and allow their dog off leash through the park. I can always count on picking up after dogs that are allowed to wonder loose and poop in my yard. My neighbor has been attacked by a loose chihuahua. Beware of the lax dog rule enforcements. Complaints to the old manager where a waste of time. I can only hope the new managers care more about tenants being respected and put this hypocrisy to rest.

I would love to move from this place. The so called managers, are a nightmare! If you are looking to buy a house, RUN, RUN as fast as you can from this mobile home court.The managers do as they please, treat the rules very different per person. There is nothing equal here. Not in this court.There is no fairness, infact I will be calling my attorney as I am sick of it all!I am not a dog, but that is how I feel I am treated here.Home sweet home, not in this place!FROM: harassed tenant of many years....

NOT a good place to live or own, RUN as fast as you can! – Nothing special to list about this hole. All I can say is do not buy a home in this court, RUN RUN as fast as you can, buy your home somewhere else. Infact I will give mine away, just to be able to walk out of this nightmare of a mobile home court. The rules vary for all tenants. The mangers are terrible, they keep bouncing in, then out, as they can''t function with the "Regional managers" more than likely, if all was to be told to the tenants. Getting a makeover – This park has had some real problems in the past with rules only applying to some. But the new managers are very down to earth and are making some good changes. I've lived here for over a year and I'm already seeing things change for the better.

Bad customer service representatives. – Not friendly to kids in this park. Very leinent to certain residents while hard on others. Serve notices for lawn care when the park is not always maintained when should be. Park managers park on street after hours but residents get towed if violated. Managers have a superiority complex and are not very community oriented. Don't communicate with residents that they don't know. Bad Place to live.
