Orchard Hospital: Emergency Room

This place runs like an old rusty machine without oil. Should not be considered an emergency room, barely meets urgent care standards. Unprofessional registration process as patients waiting have to hear personal stories with foul language. Where's the help? Well, wait six hours and you may get a chance to be seen, all while being told you're not a priority. Horrible.

My daughter took her five year old to the ER she has been exspiencing flu like sytomptons for over a week and a half the ER looked at her and told them she's at the tail end of the flu keep doing what your doing and that she was fine. So she went home still two days later shes still running fever vomiting stomach aches ect. So last night we took her to Sacramento children's hospital come to find out my grandaughter phneumonia the flue ear infection and a UTI so you tell me.

This is our 6th time coming to this er and I can not explain how appreciative I am for their amazing staff. They are not a big er and may have to send you out to another hospital if it’s a more serious issue. But they saved mine and my father in laws lives. They’ve always been extremely attentive and incredibly helpful. I appreciate them always being there to serve when we’ve needed them!
