My daughter took her five year old to the ER she has been exspiencing flu like sytomptons for over a week and a half the ER looked at her and told them she's at the tail end of the flu keep doing what your doing and that she was fine. So she went home still two days later shes still running fever vomiting stomach aches ect. So last night we took her to Sacramento children's hospital come to find out my grandaughter phneumonia the flue ear infection and a UTI so you tell me.

This is our 6th time coming to this er and I can not explain how appreciative I am for their amazing staff. They are not a big er and may have to send you out to another hospital if it’s a more serious issue. But they saved mine and my father in laws lives. They’ve always been extremely attentive and incredibly helpful. I appreciate them always being there to serve when we’ve needed them!

If I could give zero stars I would. They lost my sons place and said he'd have to reregister to be seen. He was never examined in triage, had an x-ray done but they refused to give me the results after 4 hours of waiting. I left angry with a child in pain needing to be seen thankfully he was able to sleep and was okay through the night. Ive never had a good experience here but it's the closest er. I will be making the trip to ride out from here on out!

2+ hour wait in what's supposed to be a "24/7 Emergency room" on a Saturday. Only one doctor working as it appears, absolute disgrace for a hospital that's supposed to be serving the people of Gridley.
