I have lived here for some time now! This "community " simply is not maintained. They continue to raise the monthly lot rent sighting "community improvements" and "road repairs" that are NEVER done. $30+ yearly increase!!! We have RUDE talk over you and hang up on you management... and call the cops on you for knocking on the office door she had locked- I was trying to submit medical documents in regards to complaints she claimed to have gotten on my home- yet we have NEVER received even a notice of noise complaint or anyt... read more

DO NOT BUY A HOME HERE THE WATER IS WORSE THEN FLINT WATER, THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE SUED! THEY RAISE LOT RENT BY $20 A YEAR, RIP UP YOUR LAWN, OFFER NOTHING SAVE YOURSELF AND GOTO SIO FARMS OR ANYWHERE OTHER THEN ORCHARD GROVE! THE STATE NEEDS TO STEP IN OR THE CITY OF ANN ARBOR THIS IS NOT SAFE FOR LIVING.
