Orchard is a great place. A rock had broken my window. They came out right away and boarded it up. it took a week and a half for the window to come in, other places told me three weeks. everyone was very friendly and on time, they were pretty reasonably priced. I use them for my windows and screens now

I reached out to Orchard to have a broken window fixed. They came out and quoted me about 2 weeks to have the window ordered then they'd contact me to have it installed. Two weeks passed with no contact from them. I decided not to call assuming they may be busy, on the third week I called multiple times and left multiple messages with none returned.
