The apartments are beautiful and we have made lots of wonderful friends here. Everyone is so friendly. The employees, from the directors, care staff and the servers, etc. make it enjoyable living here and they are great in what they do. There is always something going on to entertain you if you decide to participate. It was a good decision to move here.
This place is full of bedbugs and the staff is covering it up. That is a huge hazard for residents. No one has reported the bug situation to the health department to deal with the infestation professionally.There is a shortage of staff and administration does not do anything about it. They charge their residents so much money to receive poor care. They underpay the staff.
My mother has been at Eve for over 2 years and she loves it! The staff is amazing and deeply cares about helping my Mom. I have such a piece of mind knowing that she is there!

RecommendedThe Knolls is a lovely retirement home! The residents and staff are all wonderful and very welcoming to everyone. The memory care area has such a beautiful area and wonder programming.
Listen, my parents are there. The kitchen situation is a nightmare. People wait up to an hour after ordering. The waitstaff has a rude attitude. They are often out of items available to order on the menu. These residents look forward to eating as the best part of their day. They dress up for it sometimes. Today a gentleman stood up and voiced his displeasure in no uncertain terms. It needs to be addressed immediately. The chef is obviously in over their head. I’m not kidding, it’s a dire situation.
RecommendedI am at WCRH almost every day (I’m the mail carrier). The atmosphere there is always warm & inviting, the residents are always so friendly & happy to see me & the staff is always so helpful & cheerful! I highly recommend WCRH for anyone looking for a warm & safe respite for their or loved ones’ golden years.
