Beautiful grounds,easy to get around. Nice apartments which could use some upgrades. They need maintenance staff on site more for any problems that arise otherwise staff pleasant and friendly. The apartments are the nicest I've ever had.
So far I have talked to the manager about availability and pricing. He was very kind and informative. I put my application in yesterday and hoping i get approved to check this property out. The prices are far and the photos of the apartment posted on there website look very nice. The apartment overall seems clean and well maintained. I'll be back with an update about the rest of my experience with Orchard Estates.
