I've lived here since 2018 and honestly its gone downhill since I've moved here. Just last year I had 8 mice. 8 mice in a week. That they wouldn't come and fix it until I brought them to their office. And they never got a exterminator just plugged the hole in the wall behind the washer. Then had a garage door that was spliting down the middle broken for over a month breaking throwing screws on my car. This place is horrible at maintaining. Beautiful grounds,easy to get around. Nice apartments which could use some upgrades. They need maintenance staff on site more for any problems that arise otherwise staff pleasant and friendly. The apartments are the nicest I've ever had.
