Kevin and his team did a phenomenal job helping me to get to where I am today. It took me some time to get all my ducks in a row but Kevin was with me every step of the way from the day the permits were pulled until the final inspection. I experienced a break in an underground electrical cable between the street and my home. Kevin and the team at Orchard Electric were incredibly responsive, coming out that day to identify the problem and then working with the power company, an excavator, and me over the next several days to lay new cable. When I called with questions I usually got right through to Kevin; if not, he returned the call that day. We experienced storm damage from downed trees and the mast to the meter needed to be replaced before power could be restored. These folks were able to juggle their schedule, provide quality workmanship, and simultaneously coordinated with the power company. I highly recommend their service!
