I booked a couples massage here and nobody was at the reception. I waited and rung the bell a few times and a staff member only came out 20 minutes later but we didn’t even get into our massage room for another 20 minutes. Almost 40 minutes after our booking time. The massage was decent, but the front of house service unfortunately not so much.

I bought a gift card for the couple 60 min massage for my boyfriend. The personal is very kind. The room was very romantic and the massage was so good. At the end of the massage they give you a tea or coffee and a biscuit. Thank you so much for this moment

I stumbled upon Orchard Day Spa as they are open in the evening. I’ve just had the best facial. My skin is clean, feels light and healthier. Excellent technique used and was thrilled when instead of leaving the room as many do when a mask is put on, I had a relaxing massage of my décolleté, neck and head. I will definitely be back!
