Whatever you do do not go to any Orchard dealer. Once again management change any nobody knows anything…. Oh I don’t care what the last manager said he isn’t here anymore… THEN dropped off Sunday for “first thing Monday morning” end of day Monday I get a call… “can’t inspect your truck it’s missing a lug nut”…. I said, “so put one on, how much is it”? $32.00 and we can’t get it until tomorrow”😡 I LITERALLY WENT AND GOT A LUG NUT $2.44 AND BROUGHT IT TO THEM😡 I think everyone that works there came straight from the deep fr... read more
Another review for dump Orchard Dodge. Main component lower control arms went bad in my truck SERIOUSLY bad noise in the front of my truck. I even told them what it was!!! They changed out my heavy-duty struts. ball joints basically they changed out EVERYTHING EXCEPT the lower control are and told me I needed to agree to a $350.00 "diagnostic charge" even though when I left the dealer the noise WAS WORST!!!! DON'T DO IT, DRIVE RIGHT ON BY!!! This place is a mess service depart is so bad they make an appointment with you then don't even look at it for days later. THEN they want to charge you a "diagnostic fee" of $350.00 just to look at it. Chuck in service told me pay it or come and get your truck. I have Endurance repair insurance and still they want you to pay!! What a bunch of crooks!! One of the service guys actually left his cell phone UNDER MY HOOD!! Never again will I buy ANYTHING from these crooks!
DON'T DO IT!! Drive right on by!!!! The service department is terrible!! They make an appointment with you but don't get your truck in for days later. THEN they want you to sign off on their "diagnostic fee" for $350.00 before they will even start. I have Endurance top coverage but still nothing, pay or come and get your truck Chuck told me! WHAT A SCAM NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!
