Denise was wonderful and patient with my mom.
The maintenance crew is exceptional. They have no problem coming out right away and are very kind and patient definitely would recommend Redwood.
Let me start by saying the apartments are overall very nice, and the office ladies are wonderful. So this message is for upper management in hopes that you’ll see. When we moved in there were cracks in garage and a chunk of concrete missing on the back patio. The cracks in the garage have only gotten worse and with winter coming, I’m sure they will spread more. I am updating my rating to reflect the experience after move-in. While Redwood requests feedback shortly after move-in and provides a good initial leasing process, the level of support changes once you become a resident. The office frequently becomes unresponsive or indicates they are too busy to address items that are clearly outline in the lease agreement. Additionally, the ongoing dog-waste issue has become a significant concern and continues to go unaddressed despite many residents attempting to raise it.
