Orchard is a small neighborhood barbershop offering $20 for a basic haircut ($16 if you're military). Thats great value for the area. With fast service with 3 barbers on a Sunday with two big screens. Shoo runs with a walk-ins only policy where you write down your name on a waititng list by the front door (Had 3 others in front of me and I waited ~15minutes). Finding the front door was a bit awkward as it is "behind" (facing the main street) the building from the strip mall's main parking lot.
