They cold called me & my first thought was Orchard St sounds like Insurance, then she told me they received a letter (referral) from my GP (my ADHD Psychiatrist) and "What do you want?". Any agency that views any part of that interaction as reflection of competence or care in Mental Health field should be sacked.

I tried to 'end things' and put myself in the Intensive Care Unit and was in the hospital for 2 months. Only when I did that they took notice and I finally got access to services. It then depends on the case worker and psychatrist you get. Like any mental health service it depends on what staff you get. If you are referred there, you just get put in the queue and pass you through like cattle on a farm from the overloaded mental health system in Western Australia. Put more money into mental health.

100 percent friendly and helpful. The case manager do check ins and they are great too. Well done to all the staff keep up the wonderful job

I had a referral. Everything was quite smooth. The specialist was excellent and the case manager was in contact. The Centre is 100% more accessable than the Mead Centre.
