Used to be good but wish I never changed pharmacy's now they never ever answer the phones and when it does ring and they don't answer they then disconnect the phones so it's engaged so it's basically a guessing game if your medication is ready or not which a total hassle it's quite a walk there for me when I have an autistic child that hates been out the house so it's a battle to get him out for the medications to not even be ready changing my pharmacy back to boots orchard 2000 is a complete joke they used to be good I have... read more
As a senior carer and 1 off my carers comes back nearly crying due to the way she had been spoken to by the guy dispensing medication and another lady (both off them off African origen) in front off other customers is totally unprofessional and unacceptable i am not being racists as my carer herself is African origen for my self to go back to the chemist to complain on how my staff had been spoken to and treated by the staff in this pharmacy is uncalled for i my self and white English and will not tolerate my staff who are a... read more
Very poor staff , especially the black workers I don’t mean to sound bad but I am black and will never treat anyone like that. They were very rude and no customer care service.
This is appalling chemist...started to ring at 8.30am ringing out of my meds were done and put for delivery as was in alot of pain this particular day..constant ringing it was either on silent mode or engaged..still trying 5 half hours later still the same...as to which while in agony had to force myself to try and get prescription..it's absolutely appalling service..I've also witnessed myself whilst being in there the phone rings and they all just stand about looking at other things
