Heather the front desk worker was extremely rude to my wife basically saying it her fault after she explained that we missed the appointment because we were up all night in the hospital with a 3 week old having seizures then when I called to confront Heather she started talking to me like im stupid explaining how the office works trying to spin my wife's story saying she was told we just never set our alarm cause we didn't feel like it

Been going here for a decade. Thankyou to the volunteers that help kids like me in low income households get the dental care we need!😊

Dear Orcca team, I was absolutely disappointed at you today. Specifically with the nurses, not with the dentist at all. I do understand that it makes your work much easier, if children are cooperative, but they might not be and your team should be comforting at the first place and not being frustrated and started telling the parent how you are done with their child and how I can take him to paediatrician dentist and expect to pay lot of money.
