Dear Orcca team, I was absolutely disappointed at you today. Specifically with the nurses, not with the dentist at all. I do understand that it makes your work much easier, if children are cooperative, but they might not be and your team should be comforting at the first place and not being frustrated and started telling the parent how you are done with their child and how I can take him to paediatrician dentist and expect to pay lot of money.
