They most certainly are open for business. They no longer sell new hot tubs, but they do perform service. Jack is the field technician and has decades of experience servicing hot tubs of all types, including on cruise ships and in countries all over the world. Jean can walk you through troubleshooting on the phone. Jack came out and woke my hot tub after many years of sleep, and now it's crystal clear, hot and relaxing.
