I have known Mr. Petr Vokoun and Nara Shan for about four years. They have never let me down. They are both kind, professional and detail oriented. Above all, they are honorable. I recommend their services without reservation.
DO NOT USE ORCA REALTY!!! As a renter, who also is a home owner, I would NEVER recommend or use Orca Realty unless you want someone to mismanage your property AND waste your money. During our time renting with Orca, we had mold issues in our unit, specifically in our home office and bedroom, which weren't taken seriously, to the point that we were sleeping in the living room for weeks before they came to address the issue because we started showing symptoms of mold poisoning which we expressed to them.
