Remember my words cheap in not the answer when it comes to swimming pools here in Florida.Chris and Michelle Meeks, the owners of Orca Pools, are honest, hard working, and just plain good people. Don't hire Or a to clean your above ground pool. Came and cleaned my pool and 4 days later it was empty. He put a hole in my liner the and said it was my steps that caused the hole but my steps were 2 feet away from the hole. Then wanted to charge me $3000 to put in a new one! 0 stars

We just got home from being gone for two weeks and our hot tub was not working. Orca Pools sent CHRIS to our house to do some troubleshooting and let me tell you, this guy is extremely knowledgeable, professional and he fixed our problem quickly! We highly recommend Orca for your pool cleaning and upkeep !! Thank you Orca! Chris was a pool wizard !
Someone does show up every week (usually someone different) and we were satisfied with the service until we recently took a water sample the same day the pool was serviced by Orca and discovered rather than 3200 PPM salt level per their service report it was really only 1300 PPM. Our own digital salt meter confirmed it! No idea how long it had been at that level as every report for the last year or so has indicated a good (3000 - 3200PPM) salt level.
