These are some of the most entitled people in the valley. Just because you have a disabled kid doesn't mean you get to park wherever you want, taking up several parking spaces, and staying as long as you want. There are handicap parking spots for a reason. You're stopping other people with disabilities and the elderly from being able to park. Half the time you park in front of businesses, taking up their designated spots, and never going into said business. Grow up.

Had a great experience with Orca and their Quail model home. ☺️The compact size is ideal for my retirement home and, with added windows/patio doors and low land profile, the connection with the outdoor landscape (for this retired garden designer) is perfect with the added benefit of immense curb appeal.
