Called them several times to see if they could come out and check our pool heater. Rene seemed very nice, she said she’d send a new customer form for us to fill out and then get us on the schedule. Had to call back 3 times and finally someone else sent the form. They never responded back. Horrible follow up! Found someone else who at least cared enough about new and long term customers.
Good morning all Today's review is on Orca Pacific in Auburn WA. I have been getting my pool supplies from this vendor for over four years. I would give them an 11 on the scale of (1-10). They are very professional, Knowledgeable and friendly. They have been delivering to me at the YMCA for all of this time without fail. Pam, is the rep I speak with the most and she is a wonderful employee for Orca Pacific. I cannot give them a higher recommendation other than what I'm saying now.
