Installer Salem persevered with unexpected complexities due to prior HVAC installation they were replacing. Lots of consultation and support for installer. This review is for installer only as job is not yet completed nor finally billed, around $14k for 3100sf, 2 level house.

Brandon from Orca was great! He fixed up a couple HVAC units we have, explained a few issues and what he did to fix them, and gave us a heads up about an upcoming problem because of the age of our unit. He was extremely helpful in explaining everything in a way I could understand. It was also nice to have such a nice and trustworthy guy around the house while we were working. Thank you Brandon!!!
