They are complete scam artists. Replaced my incorrect with same incorrect thermostat that would not work on a heat pump and charged $368. I called another HVAC service and they installed a new one for a total of $187.50. ORCA OWNER NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL
I had my heater replaced and I'm pretty sure the workers were not experieced enough to understand how my mobile home's layout and the new heater return was going to affect my new heating air flow. I don't know about the flow of air with a heater and return but I think that putting the return quite far from the heater is causing some issues with banging noises.
