Follow up review from 11 months ago. It has now been well over a year since I have been coming to Orca Empire Fitness. Sean is my personal strength trainer. I am a 65 year old national competitive runner and since coming to Sean I have become a stronger, more flexible, and faster runner. The hour long session is intense but over time has helped me tremendously in all race distances.
