I had my eyes tested Sunday 30 August and again on September 9 Both times the hospital were great Said I never had anything in my eye Lucky I decided to go to the optometrist Cause they got a big piece of steel Out of my eye I’m still very appreciative of the hospital staff
Booked into Medical Centre to see Dr Nadira. After waiting for more than an hour, I was met by a very rude woman with zero bedside manner and just palmed off back into the system with no help. She told me to go home and do my homework before coming in to see her.
Terrible - I don’t know how it can still be classified as a hospital. I took my son in after he fell off his motorbike with a gash on his elbow, amongst other injuries. We had a nurse see us shortly after arrival and assessed his injuries, but then had to wait an hour and a half to be seen again and taken in for treatment. At that time the same nurse triaged my son as category 2 - maximum 10 minute wait to meet KPI’s, so the nurse wrote on the form that the arrival time was then, not an hour and a half prior. I waited 3 years to get into a gym program, it is wonderful and I’m loving it but shouldn’t have to wait that long to get medical help
Artist in Pain-My after hours experience with Orbost Regional Health - Lovely nurses, prompt service, only issue was no doctors onsite. That being said, the medical service provided via the internet between the doctor and myself started the healing process meeting my needs at the time. Again, one side of my face was hideous with a staph infection... Thanks to the nursing staff!!! - #crakkedlife @crakkedlife
