Paid for install service through Nextbase. Never received any communication and no one showed up when I was told they would. Had to pay for this service ahead of time. Unfortunate because picking up the phone is such an easy thing to do.
This company did not want to try to make an effort to get my installation done after the installation fee was paid, I guess it's because I only have one truck for the moment, but I will grow and in the meantime I will find a different company who can provide adequate service for smaller companies such as myself, I just think that they should have said they can't do it before I paid for the installation , very unprofessional in my book
