I have Orbit Plumbing water softener in my garage. Have called several times to get educated on how to appropriately utilize the water softener. George has always been responsive and communicative to my calls and questions. On Monday, March 16, 2026 I had George come to install the NImbus R/O system ( see picture) under my sink. George was very professional. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of and he did a great job! He replaces all my sink valves, installed my sink drains and faucets. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quality plumber.
Response time after our home warranty notified them of our service request was over 48 hours and they weren’t able to come out for 4 days. They came, fixed one portion of our needs quickly but didn’t check the drain that was backed up to ensure it was actually working... a few days later, here we are with the drain so backed up both of our showers completely stopped and filled up with dirty water.
