Such warm and caring staff and Doctors. Dr EZE and Dr Asim are just lovely and always listen to concerns with genuine care and compassion.
Absolutely amazing. I have been seeing Dr Asim and would highly recommend her. Reception staff are lovely and the space is lovely and clean.
Really hard to get any blood test, etc. results without having to make an apt. Not impressed as this had happened twice now. I just want to get my results without all the time wasting of going in. (I get them from other clinics easily) Especially when I just need these results for another specialist. They need to streamline this better and make them more easily available so they can retain patients.
Dr Beer, Drs & reception have Been so understanding regarding chronic pain/injury. No judgement, they listen & as I've had to move interstate, the ongoing support & appts has been so appreciated as I've found it so difficult to find a new gp. Can't thank them all enough. Us pain patients can be complex yet I've felt understood & supported every time . Thankyou Dr Beer in particular.
Orbit Pathology - very good experience. Quickly numbered & seated with easy instructions. Staff organised & experienced. Couldn’t read QR code. Took the time & effort to print & then enter all details. Path test wasn’t easy, so couldn’t do one arm. Swapped to the other & had success. Good communication, clear on who was to get results, commitment on timing, & instructions for after & any further tests. Thanks.
