Worst customer service ever. Need service on my father's hospital bed that is stuck in the upright position. They told me 3-5 days it is day 2 and have never even received a call back
UPDATE: the owners office called me from Salt Lake City- and apologized profusely-Extremely nice. Waived the $51 and “made it right”!! Thank you so much!! We had a horrible experience with Orbit medical in the Chicago area. We will never use them again. My 90 year old mother had a stroke last year, and after months in a long term care facility, she was to move to an assisted living facility. The social worker ordered a special bed to be delivered from Orbit. They delivered it without a mattress(there was only a thin foam pad... read more
I have been dealing with the guys at Orbit Medical since late November and they have been purely professional on top of men of their words. They make it easy to ask them any question I may have and make me feel comfortable. Have a feeling we will be working together for years to come! 5 Stars Highly recommended!
