Unfortunately this company had an opportunity to improve to quality of my mother’s life by supplying her with a specialty wheelchair but due to incompetence and laziness have failed her. I attempted to speak to the sales person and he was a pompous jerk. Please if you care for your loved one seek an alternative company that actually gives a crap about its clients.
