Very efficient and quick service... friendly staff...
They make it absolutely difficult for you to file a claim. If you’re just paying and not using the benefits, they’re fine, but if you actually try to use them, it’s an absolute nightmare and no cooperation.
The technologist had a thick accent, it was hard to understand her instructions. Also she didn’t communicate very well with the next steps and what to expect until I rises questions. her gesture and control is very rough, hit my head 2 times while adjusting the position.
