Very good experience at Orbit Homes in Drouin. Sales person was very helpful and understood exactly what I wanted. Prices are very competitive. Have been dealing with the office staff regularly now that I have started building. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. Definitely recommend you go speak to them.

Absolutely horrible experience with Orbit Homes - in particular Marnie who works at the head office. She is extremely rude and difficult to deal with. Marnie was very condescending when speaking to her. She is supposed to be part of the customer service team but there was nothing about Marnie that is helpful in any way. She was lying about not having certain documentation to try get out of making a refund payment. Higher management should look into their staff and how matters are dealt with.

Completely impossible to communicate with, absolutely unreasonable, lie and steal. After 18 months of being in our house, they owe our neighbours payment for the fence. After jumping through all their hoops, we emailed the correct paperwork. Just to be referenced to an email that was sent 6 months ago and told the 'situation is now closed out'. But the payment still hasnt been made. They told our neighbour, they didnt have a contract with us. So they are lying to get out of the payment. They have stopped responding to emails... read more
