Great doctors and friendly staff.
Very pleased with the kind and professional service I received here. Each person I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Dr. Jarrell was so thorough and efficient with the exam. I was especially pleased with the very kind lady who helped me select a pair of glasses. She had great suggestions and let me take my time to find the pair that was perfect for me. I was nervous about trying this place, but I will definitely be using them next time.
Had a great experience with staff at front desk in the Los Alamos office. Sarah was very help and friendly had me in and out. Doctors are amazing. Unfortunately I have had a huge issue with the customer service representative “Freddy” it has been over a year new and still have not received my contacts. I have taken time out of my day to walk into the office spoke with is individual 4 times personality about riding my contacts each time he said he would get it done. What a wonderful and pleasant experience! Minimal wait time, professional and courteous staff, Dr. Jarrell listened and gave a great exam. I ended up getting both contact lenses and glasses. I highly recommend .
