Great customer service
Bought a 2016 Kia Soul from them and got the warranty. The check engine light came on after purchase not even a day later. Was told to bring it up there and I did. They said it was fixed. Come to find out I had another mechanic look at it and the wires for the dash lights were pulled out!!!! Car has been acting funny so I took it in and they told me someone messed with the wiring and of course the warranty is expired. Never AGAIN!!!!
My son purchased a car through them, not even 60 days later the transmission went bad and they wouldn't even offer to put him into something else for the same value. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
I've never bought a car from them, but I have looked at a couple of them. The ones I looked at all had problems of varying degrees. In looking at other reviews I see where they may have failed to disclose that some vehicles had "Salvage/Rebuilt" titles. If so I suggest that formal complaints be filed with the Virgina Motor Vehicle Dealers Board. They have their own invesigators to sanction crooked dealers. And, you can also sue for Fraudulent Inducement.
This place lies bought a truck from them they tell me it was a clean title but when I went to dmv they had me sign a form stating that I had a rebuilt branded title. The truck has an oil leak which I have to get fixed the brakes on this thing has a lot of play even my girl friend noticed it before I did. Also the front bumper bracket is broken so I am going to have to replace that. The back hitch where you plug in the trailer lights is crushed in and broken so I also have to repair that.
