Malik is a gem, a wealth of knowledge regarding insects and pests. He should have his own Youtube channel. He was patient with all my questions and concerns. He came within the appointed time to do an inspection and, to my surprise, proceeded to deal with the problem. He went above and beyond.
We have had the pleasure of using this company on a yearly basis for an outdoor ant problem. They are absolutely THE BEST. We love Sam who does the treatment and Malik is fair, honest, kind and an excellent businessman. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. 10/10

I took possession of my condo in a nice building in the fall of 2023. From the 1st day and over the next few weeks I struggled with a spider infestation that the building manager, maintenance and pest control only downplayed, and/or said it was par for the course in a ground floor unit.
