I took possession of my condo in a nice building in the fall of 2023. I would highly recommend this company. Malik was professional and knowledgable about pest removal. He was very patient and went through the house/property throughly identifying vulnerabilities and put a plan in place to address the issue. It was a pleasure to work with someone who values quality work and believes in their work to grant a 6 month warranty!
My neighbours let me know that there was a wasps' nest in the tree in the front of my house. They were worried about their children. I had missed it for some reason. I called several companies, but Orbis was the only one who was available 'same day' despite others offering the same promise! Malik handled our pest issue in the GTA with great professionalism and efficiency. He came back for a touch-up treatment and respected the great warranty no questions asked. He took the time to explain to us how he would proceed and was reassuring to us. He is very knowledgeable, he takes his time to do the job properly and sends us information by email. I would highly recommend this company.
