I used their services last year. They were great for the first visit but, just like some of the other reviews mention, it was really hard to get them to come back for a followup treatment. I even booked appointments a few times and no one showed up. Eventually the owner came for the second treatment but it took a lot of effort on my part. I wouldn't recommend a friend use this business.
We can’t say enough about Sam the technician that came to our home several times this summer. What started out as a series of unfortunate experience with carpenter bees and wasps turned into the realization of how fortunate we were to have found Sam from Orbis. We had carpenter bees that were eating away at our deck and probably had them for some time. Sam came and sprayed and eradicated so many nests. Sam, the technician, was very professional and knowledgeable in how to deal with our issues concerning bees and wasps. I was extremely pleased with the way he explained the source of the problem and how it was resolved. I will definitely call the company again should I have any other issues.
